I have been training people now for over 5 years, and in that time trained a number of clients with various goals in mind.  My ability to help clients reach their full potential is what I pride myself on. I believe training should  be focused on you and achieving your goals but at the same time educational and fun!.  You’re not going to come back if you’re not enjoying your training and seeing your goals met.

Exercise is the most important thing that you can do to reach and maintain maximum physical health and well being, but most importantly you need to introduce a program that works to meet your lifestyle.

Hi! My name is Andrew Rickertt aka "Ricko", I have a background in rugby league, so I try and utilise and incorporate my background knowledge into my sessions when necessary. My aim is not only achieve results but for my clients to enjoy their time at Fortis by providing a relaxed and comfortable environment.

 

Cassandra Cameron

I am a qualified personal trainer (Cert III and IV Fitness) with nutrition and boxing accreditations through FIT Industry Training. I have the experience and knowledge to help you reach your goals.

I have been passionate about health and fitness since the first day I entered a gym, so becoming a qualified Personal Trainer was the next logical step for me. I love working with people and more importantly, love helping people.

Figuring out how to fit in an effective fitness regime can be daunting, so I figure that out for you. I understand the pressures of working long hours and maintaining a home life, so I am realistic about the challenges and goals I set.

When you commit to getting into shape, you are making an investment into your future. If you are committed to being fit, healthy and strong, then I’d love to train with you!
